Equipment Characteristics

  • System Configuration

    Fresh Air → Mixed Air → Filter 1 → Pre-Heater → Pre-Cooler → Humidifier → Filter 2 → Re-Heater → Re-Cooler → Blower → Room → Return Air

  • Operation and Control

    The system can be operated in manual mode as well as automatic temperature and humidity control modes. Operation is managed through sequence control, with real-time visualization using a psychrometric chart and digital display of temperature and pressure data.

  • Data Acquisition and Storage

    All measured data are recorded in real time and can be saved to a PC in Microsoft Excel format. Data logging is available at one-second intervals, enabling detailed system performance analysis.

  • Data Logging Function

    Measured data can be saved at one-minute intervals for up to 1,440 minutes by clicking the “SAVE” button, allowing long-term performance evaluation and comparison of operating conditions.
