Equipment Introduction
The KTE-7000SQ is a thread wiring sequence control training system designed for the control and operation of renewable energy power generation training systems.
It enables basic electrical circuit training, national skills certificate circuit practice, and sequence control training for renewable energy generation systems. Through the integrated display screen, generated power can be monitored in real time.
Key Features
Basic Sequence Control Training
Trainees can connect thread wires to various renewable energy devices and banana jacks. After configuring and programming the sequence control, the system can be operated to understand fundamental control logic.
Practical Sequence Circuit Design
The system supports hands-on sequence design using common control components such as relays (RY), push button switches (PB), selector switches (S/SW), toggle switches (T/S), buzzers (BZ), power lamps (PL), run lamps (RL), and stop lamps (GL).This allows trainees to experience a wide range of control sequences applicable to renewable energy devices.
Safe Training Environment
For enhanced safety during wiring tests and practice, the system operates with a DC 24V input power supply, minimizing electrical hazards during training.
Simple and Flexible Wiring Practice
In addition to conventional wire connections, the system utilizes banana jacks, enabling quick, simple, and intuitive wiring practice suitable for educational environments.

Sequence control training and hands-on practice can be performed using load components such as lamps, buzzers, and motors installed inside the air-conditioning and refrigeration wiring training kit.
(2) Operation with Connected Apparatus
By connecting individual refrigeration and air-conditioning apparatus to the wiring training kit—configured with sequence circuits using actual wires or banana plugs—each apparatus can be operated and controlled according to the programmed sequence.
